Wedding

So my friend Susann is getting married next summer and as she was showing me her ideas for wedding dresses last night I found myself wanting to do some research myself. So here I am with some of my favorites so far. Disclaimer: none of these are what Susann picked for herself and I am NOT getting married any time soon. I just wanted to browse. 

What will she do next?

I'm not taking any classes this summer and plan on getting a job but what else is going to take up my time? I've decided that I would like to be more creative this warm, sunny season. How will I do this? Well, you can check out my Pinterest board entitled "my quest for creativity" to see what I plan on trying out. I have to learn to cook at some point in my life and I also need to learn how to knit. This board is dedicated to all the things I want to try out and I'll be posting pictures on here of my adventurous endeavors in the world of Try.

Tada!!!! However, they did not stay so pretty for a long time. I am not sure yet how to make them stay.

I GOT TWO FREE BOOKS TONIGHT! A lady from Capstone Publishing came and talked to our class and we each got two free books. I got one about rules for school and the other one is about squares. I don't really have anything else to talk about BUT I'll show you a picture of my pen pal letter!!!!!

I've decided to post about myself...and yes I always do this but this is just random information about myself like my favorite things...you may or may not care about these but OH WELL. I'm still gonna do it. Anyways, that's coming within the next two days.

This weekend I went home to see my old high school's musical and visit my family. We decided to have a sort of photo shoot. These are a few of the shots we got. Daniel took the first and Ethan took the second. The last one was a timer. Look how cute!!!

 

Messing Around

Do you ever have those days when you decide that today you're gonna look drop-dead gorgeous? Well, I do and I've decided that I'm going to put extra effort into my look tomorrow! Woohoo! Extra work but it'll be worth it! So excited to be going home as well to see some good friends! Anyways, I was messing around with my hair after I finished reading tonight and this is what I got.

Wobble Baby Wobble

So...we didn't have a snow day today and the day started out terribly then got better. At the moment, we're watching Tootsie Roll Pops ads and Jessica can't find her phone. I'm really not sure what else to write about...I went to a party this weekend. Of course, it was sponsored by ORU SA (hears the words "walking tootsie" from Erin's computer) and under supervision but it got rather crazy at a few moments...crowd surfing and power outages and such. But definitely worth all the sweating and jumping and fist pumping. I'm such a white girl....I couldn't wobble like the awesome guys next to us. They could move their feet to the beat and I could do it but got mixed up switching from my right foot to left. Don't get me wrong, I have rhythm and could sway if I wanted to. (I didn't take dance and do three years of show choir for nothing) ANYWAYS, it was TONS of fun and I had my girls right there with me. So guess what tomorrow is....no it's not my birthday....but you can get me a present if you want me to....nah....but really. No, it's Valentine's Day. What does that mean? Ya'll should hear my definition of the day....not my personal definition of the day just how the rest of the world probably sees it. It's interesting. Just ask me about it...maybe I'll tell you. Erin and Susann are now in their matching onesies. (harmonizing to Katy Perry....thinks about getting up to dance....really wants to.....NEED MORE DANCING) Meanwhile in real life, have you ever wanted to give yourself like an awesome colored streak in your hair? Like pink or purple? Well, this girl has. However, I doubt my mother would appreciate this gesture so I'll just settle for a blonde streak....soon to come. Promise. Ok....here is our wobbling!!!!!!!!!! It's not a video because the world is not prepared for such a thing. But it's a still of the awesome dancing!
